What SmartSpace does
The planner combines generative layout computation with the fixed rules of German workplace regulation, fire safety and your facility management. Every variant is documented and auditable.
Regulations and evidence built in
ASR A1.2, escape routes, accessibility and minimum areas are encoded as rules. The audit report is generated automatically per variant.
Cost and space impact
Scenarios such as desk sharing or floor consolidation are compared with rent and CO₂ balance – as a decision template.
Occupancy data included
Sensors, booking systems and HR data feed into the plan. You plan for actual attendance, not headcount.
3D model and export
Every variant can be walked through in the browser and exported as IFC or DWG – or handed directly to your CAFM system.
